The WellQuest process explained

  1. Age-appropriate check-ins: Throughout the school year, students participate in check-ins tailored to their age group. These occur at 8 strategic points, ensuring that they align with key moments in the academic calendar.
  2. Personalised strategies for students: After every check-in, students receive tailored strategies to help them form their own individual wellbeing action plan. This proactive approach allows them to address any concerns and build a personalised action plan.
  3. Insights for educators: Both leadership and classroom teachers are given access to valuable insights drawn from these check-ins. This aids in making informed decisions about student support and general wellbeing strategies.
  4. Tailored parent reports: At the end of each term, parents are given a detailed report. These reports are finely calibrated based on various factors including the student's check-in responses, age, gender identity, and more.
  5. Expert parental guidance: These parent reports come with personalised strategies crafted by renowned child and family psychologist, Andrew Fuller. This ensures parents receive highly specific support to aid in their child's wellbeing journey.

“Putting the heart back into psychology”

Andrew has been described as an ”interesting mixture of Billy Connolly, Tim Winton and Frasier Crane” and as someone who “puts the heart back into psychology”. As a clinical psychologist, Andrew Fuller works with many schools and communities in Australia and internationally, specialising in the wellbeing of young people and their families. He is a Fellow of the Department of Psychiatry and the Department of Learning and Educational Development at the University of Melbourne.

Andrew has been a principal consultant to the national drug prevention strategy REDI, the ABC on children’s television shows, is an Ambassador for Mind Matters and is a member of the National Coalition Against Bullying.

Elevating wellbeing through greater parent transparency

Our belief is simple: For students to thrive, their entire ecosystem needs to be engaged, informed, and proactive. It’s not easy to manage the sharing of information safely between schools and parents, yet it’s hugely beneficial for all. WellQuest bridges the communication gap between parents, schools and students to achieve this.
